Cardio in the Pool
Jump in the horseshoe pool and get moving with our daily Water Aerobics program. A low-impact exercise, water aerobics helps burn calories while keeping you cool. Accompanied by music and water weights/gloves, the Water Aerobics is free to members and their guests and runs daily for an hour. No experience needed and no need to sign up in advance. Just meet at the right side of the horseshoe pool at the designated time.
Monday - Wednesday: 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Thursday and Friday: 5:30 to 6:30 PM
